LBT sparring fitness at Brighton Martial Arts classes
Classes begin with warm-up yoga style stretches. Sparring as in the photo above is lots of fun, the process of learning to block your partners kicks and punches is all part of the belt grading system. Sparring also exercises your whole body from head to toe and will get your blood pumping. A the end of the class there is a cool down stretch to prevent any tightness the following day. Come and try it!
