Pushing ourselves to be good at push ups to build body strength

We all moan in class when the instructor says ‘down for push ups’. But push ups are the best fitness for all muscle groups in the arms, chest, back, and the core. This helps to build overall functional body strength. No sooner have we all had a moan than it’s all over and we are back to learning our techniques.
