Chief Instructor - Having been a practitioner of BSD for a considerable time, I have found it to be a very fascinating and affective form of self defence. BSD uses drills and techniques that ‘’home’’ in on your natural instincts and reactions to protect yourself, building confidence in the process. The belt systems, helps develop a person, both physically and mentally and is suited for all ages and genders, but one of the most important philosophies of BSD is to enjoy yourself, regardless of age.
